Description
AWS is seeking a six-month Data Center Engineering Operations assignment for an individual who will support the physical infrastructure of AWS data centers. The role requires basic technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or fire systems in critical facilities, willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts or on-call, expected graduation in 2027 or graduation within the past 24 months, legal ability to work in Malaysia, and excellent communication in Malaysian and English. A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline is preferred, along with foundational knowledge of critical facilities and control systems. The assignment may be evaluated for progression to a regular full-time position.
