Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Engineering Operations Cluster Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment across multiple facilities in a single AWS region. The role manages 24/7 engineering technicians and facility managers, coordinates vendors and construction activities, oversees the operations budget, and supports high-reliability data center operations. Candidates need at least five years of management experience, four years of general contractor and vendor management experience, a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field, and experience managing technical teams. The position is based in Sparks, Nevada, with a base salary of $153,200 to $254,500 annually.
