Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) Engineer to maintain and operate electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety infrastructure in AWS data centers. The role covers risk management, corrective and preventative maintenance, vendor and contractor management, incident response, change and incident management, performance reporting, capacity and reliability projects, and coordination with internal operating partners. It requires 4+ years of relevant data center or critical-environment experience, a tertiary or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and 24/7 rotational shift work.
