Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical, mechanical, generator, fire/life-safety, HVAC, and building-automation equipment in data centers. The role provides 24/7 rotating shift coverage, including 12-hour shifts, and includes emergency response, root-cause analysis, limited maintenance, contractor supervision, CMMS workflow management, and physical-site work. Candidates must be United States citizens, obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph, and have at least two years of relevant experience; four years of data center engineering experience and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred. The position is based in Aurora, Colorado, with a base salary of 37.64–65.91 USD per hour.
