Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and monitor electrical, mechanical, generator, fire/life-safety, HVAC, and building-automation equipment in AWS data centers. The role provides 24/7 shift coverage, including 12-hour rotating shifts, and includes emergency response, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, contractor supervision, CMMS workflow management, and physical security compliance. Candidates must be United States citizens, hold an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, and have at least two years of relevant experience; four years of data center engineering experience and a relevant engineering degree are preferred. The position is based in New Albany, Ohio, with a base salary of 37.64–65.91 USD per hour.
