Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO) Engineer to support the 24/7 operation of AWS data centers. The role manages electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety equipment; plans and executes corrective and preventative maintenance; oversees contractors and vendors; responds to incidents; coordinates with IT, networking, logistics, safety, and security teams; and improves facility capacity, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of electrical or mechanical experience, and willingness to work any shift pattern, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
