Amazon is hiring Data Center Engineering Technicians to maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair mission-critical electrical and mechanical data center equipment, including generators, switchgear, UPS systems, cooling systems, and building management systems. The role involves daily facility rounds, rack installations and decommissioning, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, technical writing, vendor support, and flexible on-site or rotating shifts. Candidates need at least one year of relevant electrical, mechanical, or data center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to travel or commute between data center sites.
