Description
The Data Center Engineering Technician maintains, operates, troubleshoots, and repairs mission-critical electrical and mechanical data center equipment, including generators, switchgear, UPS systems, PDUs, batteries, cooling systems, chillers, pumps, and fire/life-safety equipment. The role performs building and rack-level maintenance, monitoring BMS and EPMS, troubleshooting events, executing preventive maintenance and repair, supporting change management, and managing work requests. It requires flexible evening, overnight, and weekend scheduling, travel between data center sites, and physical work involving lifting, climbing, and working on ladders. The position is based in Boardman, Oregon, with a base salary of 37.64–65.91 USD per hour.
