Amazon Web Services is hiring a Data Center Engineering Technician to maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair mission-critical electrical and mechanical data center equipment, including generators, switchgear, UPS systems, cooling systems, and building management systems. The role involves daily facility monitoring, rack-level work, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, technical writing, contractor support, and flexible on-site shifts, with possible travel between data center locations. Candidates need at least one year of relevant electrical, mechanical, or data center experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules.
