Description
The role is responsible for estimating and preparing technical and commercial bids for data center infrastructure projects. Duties include reviewing tender documents and drawings, performing quantity take-offs, developing cost estimates for electrical, mechanical, and civil scopes, coordinating pricing with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, assessing risks, supporting value engineering and negotiations, maintaining cost databases, and handing successful bids over to project execution teams.
