Description

Google is hiring a Data Center Facilities Manager to lead and grow a large team overseeing 24/7 operations in hyper-scale data centers. The role manages campus operational budgets, service-level agreements, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, power, generator, UPS, and control systems; oversees outages and emergency repairs; drives cost, efficiency, environmental, and safety improvements; and coordinates regional and global teams. The position requires regular travel between metro-area sites, some regional and international travel, and participation in an on-call rotation. The listed compensation is €114,000–€116,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
