Description
AWS is seeking an Engineering Leader to drive operational excellence in data center environments. The role leads shift technicians, contractors, and vendors; oversees multiple availability zones; develops facility projects; and operates power distribution, generators, cooling, and monitoring systems. The position requires people-management and engineering experience, experience managing large-scale services, and a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field. Data-center management and experience managing five or more direct reports are preferred.
