Description
The Foreman/Supervisor will lead 30–50 technicians installing and supporting infrastructure in mission-critical data centers. The role supervises installation crews, ensures work meets specifications, safety, and schedule requirements, maintains project documentation, conducts toolbox talks, resolves field issues, mentors crew members, coordinates materials and logistics, and reports status to management and clients. Candidates need at least five years of experience in data center, electrical, or low-voltage environments, including two years in a supervisory or foreman role, along with knowledge of data center infrastructure, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and OSHA standards.
