Description
Anthropic is hiring a Repairs Lead to define and manage the end-to-end hardware repair program across its data center fleet. The role owns repair turnaround and backlog, sets SLAs and repair processes, manages RMA and reverse logistics with OEMs, ODMs, and repair vendors, sizes spares inventory, analyzes failure trends, and drives corrective actions with engineering, suppliers, and site operations. Candidates need at least eight years of data center operations experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and hands-on hardware expertise; the role offers a hybrid arrangement and visa sponsorship may be available.
