Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to design and implement energy-efficient mechanical systems for next-generation data centers, lead cross-functional engineering teams, oversee project lifecycles and budgets, coordinate with hardware teams, and use data analysis to improve facility performance. The role requires at least six years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission-critical facilities, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and experience with data-center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance. The position is based in Atlanta, Columbus, Austin, Herndon, or Seattle, with up to 20% travel and in-person collaboration in the assigned office.
