Description
The role supports and administers data-center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and virtualization environments. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex incidents, conducting root-cause analyses, monitoring logs and anomalies, coordinating escalations, and maintaining technical documentation. The position requires several years of professional experience in data-center support or administration, strong basic IT knowledge, expertise in at least two of storage, virtualization, backup solutions, networking, or Microsoft, and good English skills. It is based at Bechtle’s IT System House in Munich or Regensburg.
