Description
The role is responsible for installing and upgrading rack components, patching, cable management, PDUs, and rack accessories; planning and implementing structured cabling with copper and fiber; troubleshooting connectivity; monitoring data-center power, cooling, and climate systems; processing ITIL service requests; maintaining asset inventories and rack diagrams; and supporting audits. Candidates need practical experience in IT infrastructure, structured cabling, electrical systems, UPS infrastructure, server hardware, storage, network components, and server management, along with knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks. The role requires fluent German and English, willingness to travel, on-call duty, and weekend work, and offers flexible working models and mobile working.
