Description
Meta is hiring a Data Center Lead to manage a team of Data Center Server Repair Technicians at a data center site. The role owns technician performance, coverage, scheduling, development, safety, quality, incident response, and cross-functional coordination, while also coaching technicians on responsible AI use. It requires at least four years of data center, IT, or network operations experience, hands-on server and network hardware knowledge, leadership experience, and onsite availability for a 24/7 operation.
