Align is hiring a full-time Data Center Liquid Cooling Specialist to lead planning, estimating, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover of advanced liquid cooling infrastructure for hyperscale and AI data center white-space fit-outs. The role manages cooling systems, mechanical subcontractors, vendors, commissioning agents, and other stakeholders while coordinating with electrical, cabling, telecommunications, and other MEP systems. It requires 7+ years of relevant project, construction, or technical management experience, approximately 50% travel throughout the United States, and offers $170,000-$210,000 plus benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and advanced training.
