DigitalOcean is hiring an onsite Data Center Manager in the Atlanta area to lead end-to-end operations of its physical infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, power, airflow, and liquid-cooling systems. The role manages and mentors technicians and engineers, oversees deployments and maintenance, coordinates with facilities, capacity, supply chain, and infrastructure teams, and serves as the local escalation and incident lead. Candidates need 6–10 years of progressive data center operations experience, including at least 3 years of team leadership or site management in a high-scale environment, along with strong technical, leadership, communication, and global collaboration skills. The position requires travel as needed and offers a base salary of $131,200 to $164,000.
