Description
The Florida Legislature is seeking an experienced Data Center Manager to support the Office of Legislative Information Technology Services Infrastructure and Operations division. The role provides operational oversight across Customer Support, Systems Administration, Networking, and Data Center Facilities; coordinates reliability, performance, and service continuity; manages escalations and operational incidents; develops standards and runbooks; plans infrastructure lifecycle and reinvestment activities; supports backup, disaster recovery, continuity, cloud integration, risk mitigation, and compliance; and provides operational status updates to leadership. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or engineering, or equivalent progressively responsible information systems experience, plus six years of progressively responsible information systems experience, including two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
