Description
Oracle is hiring a Managing Counsel for its Data Center legal team to provide legal support for complex data center arrangements, including colocation, build-to-suit leases, networking, power and energy transactions, and related infrastructure development initiatives. The role partners with attorneys, business leaders, engineering, real estate, construction, energy procurement, sustainability, and government affairs teams, and may involve advising on infrastructure financing and transactional matters. The position requires a J.D. and active U.S. state bar membership, at least eight years of relevant legal experience, and experience with data center leasing, colocation, or large-scale infrastructure financing. No visa sponsorship is available, and the U.S. hiring range is $146,300 to $306,400 per annum.
