Apple is seeking a Data Center Motherboard Reliability Engineer to develop reliability strategies for next-generation data center motherboards and server systems. The role bridges component- and package-level physics of failure with system-level availability, using FMEA, semiconductor-package reliability, stress testing, accelerated life testing, root cause analysis, and statistical modeling.
