Description
Apple is hiring a Data Center Network Engineer to build and operationalize large-scale, high-performance network infrastructure for its data centers and edge locations. The role partners with network architects, vendors, and hardware and software teams; develops solutions, RFPs, integration plans, and network designs; and influences infrastructure decisions. Candidates need expert routing and switching knowledge, cloud-scale networking experience, overlay networking expertise, and familiarity with data center infrastructure. Preferred qualifications include extensive data center experience, engineering leadership, software development, cloud and compute virtualization, and configuration management experience.
