EOS IT Solutions is hiring a Data Center Network Operations Lead to oversee hardware repair, troubleshooting, fiber deployment, splicing, testing, and maintenance across large-scale, mission-critical data center environments. The role leads and mentors field technicians, manages escalations and SLAs, performs advanced CLI diagnostics, and covers server, storage, and network hardware. It requires rotational shifts for 24/7/365 operations, may involve up to 10% domestic travel, and requires an associate degree or equivalent experience plus at least five years of IT support and hardware diagnostics experience and two years of people-management experience.
