AWS is seeking a Data Center Operations Manager to lead data center operations across the Sweden region. The role is responsible for setting strategic goals, recruiting and developing management teams, improving operational processes, overseeing maintenance and expansion of data centers, establishing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Candidates need experience managing large-scale technological services, leading high-performing teams, delivering complex technological projects, understanding data center infrastructure, and holding a valid EU driving license; advanced knowledge of network scaling, hardware systems, data center operations, and server and network infrastructure are preferred.
