Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Operations Engineer to work 7x24 in data center operations, respond to incidents, provide onsite hands-on support, troubleshoot and break-fix hardware and systems, maintain media operations, manage capacity landing and decommissioning, maintain operational areas, and improve operational efficiency. The role requires a bachelor's or equivalent qualification in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, at least one year of server, network hardware, and operating-system maintenance or troubleshooting experience, and basic knowledge of fiber-optic cabling and operations support.
