Description
Nscale is hiring a Data Center Operations Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end Day 0 to Day 2 transition of data centre sites across an assigned region. The role coordinates construction, network engineering, compute and infrastructure deployment, facility engineering, service delivery management, vendors, and local operations teams; establishes standardized readiness checklists and transition frameworks; tracks risks, KPIs, dashboards, and action items; validates SOPs, tooling, spare parts, monitoring, and handover documentation; and supports safety, compliance, and audit readiness. The position is an individual-contributor role requiring 3-8 years of relevant experience, strong stakeholder influence, and travel to sites during critical transition windows.
