Description
AWS is hiring a Data Center Operations Manager to lead and improve data center operations, including troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network equipment, managing technicians and operators, assigning tickets, staffing, training, documenting processes, meeting SLAs, and leading large-scale outages. The role requires at least four years of information technology experience, two years of people management experience, and two years of data center or mission-critical facility operations and on-call support experience. It is scheduled Monday through Friday on either a day or night shift, with periodic on-call responsibilities, and is based in Dublin, Ohio, with a base salary of $78,400 to $137,300 annually.
