Description
EOS IT Solutions is hiring a Data Center Operations Manager to oversee up to three hyperscale data center campuses, 15 production buildings, and more than 200 employees. The role leads 24x7 operations across network, field, deployment, and infrastructure services; manages staffing, budgets, KPIs, safety, compliance, and operational performance; serves as the primary operational contact for enterprise or hyperscale customers; and develops service leads, technical leads, and data center technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of leadership experience in data center or mission-critical operations, and 5+ years managing geographically distributed operational teams.
