CoreWeave is hiring a Data Center Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical data center programs, own the DC Ops roadmap, resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness, and establish SOPs and governance structures. The role requires at least five years of program or project management experience in complex technical environments, direct data center or hyperscale operations experience, cross-functional program management, executive reporting, and familiarity with project management tools. The base salary is $134,000 to $179,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
