Serverfarm is hiring a Data Center Operations Security Program Manager to design, implement, and manage physical security programs across one or more data-center campuses. The role establishes security policies, governance, access-control and surveillance systems, risk assessments, incident-response procedures, vendor management, compliance support, training, and performance reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of physical security or risk-management experience, multi-site security-program experience, and knowledge of physical security systems; certifications and data-center or compliance-framework experience are desired. The position includes full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
