eStruxture Data Centers is hiring a full-time Data Center Operator to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring, optimization, health and safety, incident response, and capacity management of electrical and mechanical infrastructure in mission-critical data centers. The role reports to the Data Center Manager, supports 24/7 site operations, and may require evenings, nights, weekends, or shifts longer than eight hours. Candidates need at least four years of experience in data center, facility, or mission-critical environments, along with mechanical and electrical systems experience, BMS/EPMS and BAS knowledge, ticketing and ITIL experience, and relevant certifications.
