Description
Amazon Web Services is hiring a Program Manager to lead onboarding and orientation for new builders working in AWS Data Centers. The role reports to local business leadership, partners with physical infrastructure and cross-functional teams, manages instructor-led virtual and in-person orientation logistics, develops onboarding metrics, supports PXT onboarding, and assists new hires with account creation, laptops, software, and communication tools. The position is primarily based in the Reno, Nevada area, with frequent travel, and requires at least two years of program or project management experience, three years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience facilitating groups of 50 or more. The listed base salary is 55,600.00–97,400.00 USD annually.
