The Data Center People Consultant serves as a strategic HR advisor to Google’s global infrastructure leaders and teams, delivering consultations on performance enablement, team effectiveness, career development, transitions, and other people topics. The role partners with business leaders, manages complex HR matters and risk mitigation, improves people processes and service delivery, and supports workforce optimization across the Data Center business and People Operations ecosystem. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and seven years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience, with compensation of $141,000–$205,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
