Worldwide Mission Critical LLC is seeking a Data Center Preconstruction Manager to oversee the entire preconstruction lifecycle for various data center projects globally. This role involves developing and recommending procurement strategies for general contractors and trade partners, managing the bid process, facilitating contractor interviews, evaluating proposals, coordinating equipment procurement, and establishing cost reconciliation frameworks. The manager will also define preconstruction deliverables, monitor accountability, coordinate with internal teams, review cost trends, and identify risks. Additionally, the role includes conducting constructability reviews, collaborating on value engineering solutions, and supporting scheduling and phasing.
