AFL Global is hiring a Program Manager IV – Account & Client Management to serve as the senior escalation and governance leader for hyperscale data center accounts. The role owns executive client relationships, multi-region program portfolios, full program P&L accountability, budgets, risk mitigation, compliance, KPIs, and continuous improvement, while mentoring program and project management staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10–15+ years of program or project management experience in data centers, construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments, along with demonstrated hyperscale client and multi-million-dollar portfolio experience.
