Prime Data Centers is hiring a Data Center Project Engineer to support the commercial construction lifecycle of data center infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors, translating technical requirements into plans and documentation, supporting power, cooling, and structured cabling systems, monitoring installation progress, tracking milestones and budgets, and assisting with procurement and contractor supervision. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of data center engineering, construction, or operations experience, and familiarity with data center design standards and project tools such as AutoCAD or MS Project. The position offers a $105,000–$135,000 salary range, bonuses, employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a hybrid work arrangement.
