AWS is hiring a Data Center Project Manager to serve as a technical resource within Amazon data centers. The role manages critical infrastructure improvement projects in operational data centers, overseeing electrical, mechanical, controls, architectural, fire detection, and building automation systems. The Project Manager is responsible for project direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion, while working independently and within multidisciplinary teams. The position requires at least five years of construction or project management experience, five years managing projects in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure, and five years of on-site construction trades or vendor management experience. The role is based in Sterling, Virginia, with a base salary of $111,300 to $186,100 annually.
