Description
Microsoft is hiring a Datacenter Security Operations Manager to oversee physical security operations and programs at datacenters and related facilities. The role manages security policies, detects and escalates threats, supports incident response, analyzes risks, reports findings to stakeholders, and improves security program maturity through resource optimization, budgeting, forecasting, automation, and process improvement. The position requires security program or program management experience, the ability to analyze security threats, and applicable security screening; a bachelor's degree, critical infrastructure or datacenter experience, and relevant security certifications are preferred. Compensation is €63,800–€118,800 per year in Finland, with applications accepted until the position is filled.
