EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Service Operations Manager to oversee and lead operations across its portfolio of UK and European global data centres. The role manages cross-functional teams, project plans, budgets, resources, quality, risk, reporting, and continuous improvement while maintaining responsibility for onsite operations across four locations. Candidates need experience managing global technical teams supporting server deployments and operational environments, process improvement and automation, change control, maintenance in production environments, service management, customer success, and ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
