Description
Oracle is hiring a Site Lead to oversee and optimize Data Center operations in a specified region. The role manages site and technical operations, coordinates with design, project, and colocation stakeholders, mentors technical teams, troubleshoots infrastructure issues, maintains documentation, improves processes and automation, executes local projects, and ensures compliance with safety, security, and SLA requirements. The position requires a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent experience, 6–10 years of IT infrastructure and server administration experience, data center and mission-critical operations experience, and the ability to work independently in a physical environment involving lifting up to 25 kg.
