Description
Salute is hiring a Data Center Site Manager to oversee electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and other mission-critical data center systems. The role leads engineering and technical teams, manages staffing and shifts, oversees maintenance and incident response, coordinates vendors, manages budgets and projects, and serves as the primary client and stakeholder contact. Candidates need at least three years of data center or critical facility experience, a high school diploma or GED plus two years of electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration experience, and strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and technical documentation. The base salary is $85,000-$131,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
