Waterplan is hiring a remote Data Center Site Selection Expert to review AI-generated site data collection and screening reports for United States data center sites before delivery. The role validates site-specific power, permitting, legal, environmental, community, and connectivity findings; red-teams the top five risks; corrects scores with justifications; and flags better local data sources. The expert works within a 12-hour turnaround, reviews approximately 1–2 hours per site, and may handle 5–15 sites per week. The position pays up to 120 USD per hour depending on experience and site complexity, includes a paid trial, and offers a fully remote work environment.
