Description
The Data Center Solutions Engineer/Technician supports account managers and strategic sales initiatives for data center infrastructure, storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, and data protection. The role provides onsite and remote hardware and networking support, conducts customer discovery, designs solution architectures, creates technical documentation, delivers presentations and proofs of concept, and builds trusted advisor relationships with customer IT leadership. It requires field service experience, network architecture and deployment experience, travel, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to move equipment and work at heights, and the ability to pass drug screening and a background check. The position offers a starting salary of $60,000 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off benefits.
