EOS IT Solutions is hiring a Data Center Surge Lead to lead mobile teams supporting data center deployments, repairs, and recovery across North America. The role involves directing 6–10 technicians, managing deployment projects and SLA-driven work, assessing site conditions, and performing hands-on rack-and-stack, fiber, hardware repair, and troubleshooting activities. The position requires 4+ years of relevant experience, 70–90% travel, deployment availability within 24–48 hours, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, and variable shifts. Compensation includes a $250 weekly travel bonus, base pay, health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, sick days, and a 401(k) match.
