Description
Technician - Data Center role responsible for server and network device setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, break-fix coordination, asset inventory, and documentation within a secure data center environment. The position requires hands-on hardware diagnostics, cabling/patching knowledge, incident and change management understanding, and frequent physical activity. It prefers a high school degree or equivalent, a bachelor's in IT/business-related field, and certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, with at least 2 years of enterprise data center experience.
