The role performs server rack installations, hardware break-fix, network troubleshooting, operational incident response, scheduled maintenance, change management, documentation, and on-call support. It requires at least two years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, one year of computer networking experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to work shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
