Amazon is hiring a Data Center Technician for regional AWS data center sites across Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania. The role performs server rack installations, hardware and network troubleshooting, incident response, documentation, maintenance, change management, and stakeholder support, with on-call and 24/7 shift work. Candidates need at least one year of computer or server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel or commute between data center locations. The position offers a lump-sum relocation stipend to eligible candidates and does not provide visa sponsorship.
