AWS is hiring a Data Center Technician to troubleshoot and resolve operating-system and infrastructure issues, maintain technology documentation, convey standard operating procedures to junior staff, execute small projects, and serve as an escalation point. The role may involve rotating day/night shifts, up to 10% travel, and work at one of multiple separate sites. Candidates must be United States citizens with an active Top Secret security clearance and SCI eligibility, and must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
